A new morning and new day. I've taken to riding my bike to school as often as possible. I have only driven my car once to school since students started and that was because it was raining. As some of you might know we have been renovating our house over the past year. It started with a simple, "You know, we should replace the carpet in Tyler's room because of the flooding caused by a running and overflowing...sink." Since then we have removed all the carpeting in our house, repainted all the downstairs, bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom (finished last weekend). I have finally finished re-doing the stairs and will start on the new railings this weekend. I'll post pictures sometime this week of the changes we've made. Besides the railings, we're going to be removing the wallpaper from our dining room. The kids are excited because we're letting them help with the removal. Talk to you soon.
